A magnitude 5.5 earthquake has struck Eritrea, Ethiopia Region at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles), the quake hit at 09:06:12 UTC Friday 17th June 2011.
The epicenter was 120 km (74 miles) West Nort West of Assab. Eritrea
No reports of Damage as yet.
