A magnitude 4.2 earthquake has struck Central Iran at a depth of just 2 km (1.2 miles), the quake hit at 14:23:16 UTC Sunday 28th August 2011.
The epicenter was 54 km ( 33.5 miles) South of Garmsar, Iran
No reports of Damage or Injuries at this time
