A magnitude 5.0 earthquake has struck the Fiji Region at a depth of 597.5 km ( 371.3 miles), the quake hit at 04:51:42 UTC Wednesday 3rd August 2011.
The epicenter was 223 km (138 miles) West of Neiafu, Tonga
No Tsunami Warning Issued - No damage or injuries reported at this time
