A magnitude 4.7 earthquake has struck Nicobar Islands, Indian Region at a depth of 35.3 km ( 21.9 miles), the quake hit at 09:36:47 UTC Saturday 16th July 2011.
The epicenter was 205 km (127 miles) NNW from Misha, Nicobar Islands, Indian Region
No Tsunami warning issued and no damage or injuries reported at this time.
